Refund Policy

I will accept returns within 14 days of you receiving your order. It is really important to me that you are happy with your goods.  If you are in any way dissatisfied with your purchases I would rather have you return them for exchange or refund, than to have a disappointed customer, however I cannot refund simply for change of mind. If you are returning a product, the item must be in a resaleable condition and refunds will not be made until your order has been returned to me in good condition (other than any imperfections that have caused you to return the item). The item must be clean, undamaged, unused and in original condition.

PLEASE NOTE however, that custom made items and personalised cards and other items cannot be returned as these have been made specifically for you and cannot be resold. Please make sure all order details are correct before finalising your order. If there is an error in your order caused by me, I will happily replace or refund your item.

Colours and patterns may appear different to the images on my website. I have shown the colours as true as I can, however sometimes the photography isn’t as clear as I would like. Some pattern papers on gift items etc may not be available at the time of ordering. I will do my best to use the same patterned paper but if I have to substitute in some instances I will do so as close as I can to that shown.

Please contact me as soon as you receive your order if you have any concerns with the products you have received. I will process your order within 3 days of receiving it and post it immediately when I have fulfilled your order items. However, I cannot take responsibility for delivery delays made by Australia Post or the delivery service Sendle who I will engage to deliver your parcel if it is larger than standard postage size.
